Administrative procedures can be completed free of charge (excluding statutory fees) by users themselves on official government websites. Using the group's services is an assistance service that users choose freely.
Services, equipment and features presented on this website as “coming soon”, “in the future”, in development or part of the 2030 objectives (in particular Smarty ID, Smarty OS, biometric readers, autonomous stores and robotic assistants) describe the group's roadmap and are not a commercial offer available today. Figures are provided by the group.
